The O'Toole Library is pleased to offer all students, faculty, and staff free access to a streaming film service, Kanopy.
Kanopy offers a selection of over 26,000 films, including documentaries, classic cinema, independent movies, foreign films, educational content, and much more. Featured producers in Kanopy's collection include Criterion Collection, PBS, California Newsreel, HBO, Kino Lorber, First Run Features, BBC, Roland Collection, MVD, Seventh Art, Psychotherapy.net, Symptom Media, and many more.
Librarians are happy to provide assistance or to talk with you about possibilities for using this content in classes, including creating playlists, clips, or embedding material in BlackBoard. Browse and watch films at: https://saintpeters.kanopy.com/
If attempting to access Kanopy from off campus click Visit the SaintPeter's Collection and select your Saint Peter's University Google account when prompted.
To use the Kanopy app and seamlessly watch films on Roku or other streaming devices, users must create a Kanopy account from inside the SaintPeter's Collection.  Ask a Librarian for assistance, if needed.
