Introduction

Special Collections at Saint Peter’s University, O’Toole Library is comprised of Rare Books, in addition to the Giroux Collection, the Barnitt Collection, and publications of Saint Peter’s faculty and alumni.  

Special Collections also contains a small amount of non-book materials including a collection of medieval manuscript leaves, a collection of papal bulls, and a collection of Gerrman notgeld.

The Special Collections Room is located within the Guarini Center for Community Memory on the basement level of the O’Toole Library.  Students, faculty, and staff of Saint Peter’s University may view Special Collections materials by appointment only.
